Very random , but was just reversing and then saw this on my camera . Is it from my car ? I think not but please can someone reassure me .what should the underside look like ? -
Hi everyone l brought this Nissan Note Auto 2011 in October 2024, l paid over the price as l have discovered . The Car dealer l got it from has now closed. The ignition and barrel needs to be replaced l have a wrist fusion and cannot switch it into Park and the light comes on to say l have not locked it, and many times l have drained the battery. l love the car but need advice please. Should l sell it and loose lot of money or try and get it repaired.? -
Hi all I'm having trouble finding a new resistor module, at a reasnoble price, for the fan blower motor Nissan pixo 2012. Currently only works on num4. Can anyone advise if any parts from the micra or similar, are usable/transferable? Maybe even the suzuki Alto? I found one from Vospers for the Pixo, but it's £63, and I'm not willing to pay that just yet! Also, can anyone advise if the motor is serviceable?? I know you go in via the glove box side and, as its still partially working, is it fixable? -

Newer AWD cars require the tire diameters to match all round so as to not damage the AWD transmissions. The 2005-2012 Pathfinder’s have 2WD, AWD, 4WD, 4WD Low selections. I drive in 2WD almost exclusively. I keep the rear tires the same diameter (degree of wear), and the front tires generally close to the same degree of wear. If you’re driving in 2WD, is there any issues running say a new tire paired with an almost bald tire on the front? My thought process is that the front transmission is free spooling anyway, and that no damage would be done by mismatched diameter front tires? Obviously, if you select AWD with mismatched front tires, it might create an issue with sensors and computer etc. But, again, I never had an issue using AWD or 4WD(rarely for say 1/4 mile) with matching rears and different degree of wear matching fronts. Input requested. Thank you.
