New head fitted but can not get it to run. Turns over but will not fire up. Good compression. Battery dies after about 10 secs of turning over but new battery. New alternator and starter motor. Any help gratefully received.

2007 2.5 YD. Is it possable to remove the intank pump without dropping the tank.
