Is it possible to buy lower chain tensioner for Primera P11?

I'd like to change the timing chains and tensioners on my beloved Nissan Primera P11.

 

I went to the local Nissan dealer and ordered genuine parts. But, unfortunately, the lower tensioner is missing. The dealer said, he searched through the whole Nissan network (Europe, Asia, etc.), but it's unavalaible.

 

Could you, please, recommend me a store, where I can inquire? I searched at the local stores, at Ebay and at a lot of different sites I found by Google. But, no success.

 

The part's factory code is: 13070-71J00. My Primera has an 1.6l engine with this engine code: GA16DE. Date of production is 1999.
