Hardbody 2003 3.0 TD UK sourcing issues

Hey, sorry about the first post being a question, but it should be an interesting one.
I got myself a Nissan Hardbody 3.0l TD 16v and unfortunately I think something jumped up and damaged the strap which holds the fuel tank up, so I want to replace it. problem is that there is nowhere in the UK which sells the specific parts and I can imagine importing would cost a bomb.
Now someone once said that it looked the spitting image of a D21 but I'd rather not buy anything without knowing for certain it will fit. I don't suppose anyone could tell me whether parts are compatible between the hardbody series and one more readily available in the UK (such as the navara, D21, D22).

parts I need now/in the near future:
Fuel tank retaining strap
exhaust
brake pads
oil filter
fuel filter
air filter
(anything else people can think of)

HI...and welcome to the forum!

In the case of the service parts, they will be readily available from most suppliers...would probably stick to reputable make like BluePrint though.

For the fuel tank straps...I would go into the dealer and obtain the part number and ask them to cross-reference or do a search yourself online for that number as it may fit many others.
