Import car regestration help

Hi I'm Darren new to this forum , I have recently purchased a 2002 skyline 350GT8 jap import unregistered, the dvla are asking me to have a car club validate my car , can you please help , I have been rejected 2 times by them now , I have mot , insurance I recently received original export certificate ,but they are requesting I have a car club do this for me , can anyone please help cheers

Hi Darren...welcome to the Forum!

Unfortunately,we cannot validate cars as this would be something that Nissan or some other official corporation would be able to do.

As the car is over 10 years old it does not need any inspections or other checks as long as you have the MOT and Export Docs that show the age of the vehicle that should be sufficient proof.

Let us know what else you find out about validating the car.
