Pixo headlamp fault

Hi has anybody had any experience of a headlamps both dip and main beam on n/s being very dull I have a voltage drop to this side but cannot locate and help would be appreciated or access to a wiring diagram many thanks

I would be tempted to run an external earth wire to the lamp unit / bulb holder to see if that improves the illumination brightness
