stephen
For some reason, the washer fluid jets have just decided to hit the lower sections of the front screen. Due to their close proximity to the edge of the bonnet, it's virtually impossible to attempt to adjust the jets with a pin. Do the jet assemblies have to be removed from the bonnet in order to adjust them, or is there a method for adjusting them in situ? Any tips would be gratefully received! Stephen. Trevor
Hi Stephen.....welcome to the forum I would advise filling the reservoir with a decent quality screenwash and top up with warm (not boiling) water to see if this clears it. If the jets have not physically moved then it is more likely that they have partially blocked and this is why the water is spraying off target
stephen
Thanks for that Trevor. I'll certainly try what you suggest. If it has no effect, do you have any tips for adjusting the jets, given my description of their location? Stephen.
Trevor
They would need unblocking rather than moving direction. Try fusewire to clear the jets if the warm water does not work.....top up with quality screenwash afterwards
