Sgtpwl Posted February 24, 2021 Posted February 24, 2021 Hi all, I’ve just collected a 2015 x-trail n-Rex, love it so far. the only gripe I have with it is the Bluetooth not functioning as it should. The phone connects fine, it can make and receive calls, I can hear the person on the other end of the phone but they can’t hear me. I’ve turned phone on/off, tried a couple of different phones, made sure the phone or the car isn’t muted and am at a loss as what to try next, however I suspect it’s faulty. The research I’ve done so far would suggest it isn’t a common fault, but if it’s an easy fix I don’t mind trying it myself but will call the dealer if it’s a big job. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks in advance.
Trevor Posted February 25, 2021 Posted February 25, 2021 Hi...welcome to the Forum I have come across this with a Honda CR-V and it turned out to be the audio system settings. Not entirely sure where the settings are in the X-Trail but if you drill down into sound settings you may find it. Let us know how you get on with it
