TOTALLY STUMPED!

Hi, I,ve just joined but haven’t been verified yet,but wanted to get this up spas soon as pos,as it’s a mystifying problem that’s been going on for a while now. My mechanic,is a mate,a full time mechanic but working on my car as a favour in any spare time.

Initially the car went into limp mode,and then it would turn over but wouldn’t run. He has replaced injectors,fuel control valve,checked all lines,changed filters,checked cam sensor,the first code that showed was low fuel pressure,but this cleared when he changed out the control valve.Fuel is getting to the injectors and it does fire up but won’t stay running.

we are completely stumped as to the reason now for this and wondered if anyone had ever come across an issue like this themselves?

i did wonder if it might actually be immobiliser related? Due to it cutting out when it does each time?but then would it just not recognise the key? I don’t know enough to be sure on it at all now..
