Inner tie rod

Hi everyone. I’m trying desperately to locate an inner tie rod for my Nissan Pulsar with no success. There doesn’t appear to be an aftermarket part available and Nissan are saying it’s part of the steering rack and is not available to buy separately. Any ideas?
