J11 Clock not showing correct time

Hi all

i have just traded in my 2011 qq in for a newer 2019 model

car is lovely and very happy with it but i cannot get the clock to show the correct time no matter what i do

am i taking it back?

Its worth mentioning to see if they will replace it alternatively it may just be a poor connection going to it
