Fran Posted July 12, 2022 Posted July 12, 2022 Hi, i recently purchased a 2018 Quasqai N-Connecta . I was told it came with Nissan Apps and Apple Car Play. The sales info said ‘apple car play preparation’ However, it wont work and when i enquired at nissan customer service, they said as it was registered before october 2018, that apple car play etc is not available. Back to salesperson and after a few conversations, they advised a new info system would be ordered as it was technically missold. 2 weeks later and i’m told its not feasible ! I have an email confirming the 14 day cooling off is still valid and they are trying to find me a 2019 model with car play. But so far the 2019 version they are looking at still doesnt have car play ! A newer or later model is out of my price range . Has anyone had any issues like this? Should they be paying the extra money to get me the version that has car play ? i dont know why they cant swop the infosystem with an updated new one to resolve the missale
