Problem with driver's door

Hi everyone, 

I own a Nissan Qashqai connect 2017. I have a problem with the driver's door which will not open when I use the key fob or press the unlock button on the door handle. All the other doors including the boot opens. Can anyone please help me with this problem. Thanks.
