Clicking noise on Nissan Leaf when accelerater is pressed and when it is released.

Each time I accelerate or release the accelerater there is a very annoying clicking noise, low down to my right.

It sounds to me, like a relay operating! 

Does anyone know if Nissan recognise it as a known fault please?
