Wipers not Turning off

Hi all I’m just wondering if someone can help me my wipers have recently gone haywire and I can’t get them to turn off I’ve had to take the wiper fuse out but can’t use them at all now

It may be the relay at fault, worth checking there is no water leaked into the fusebox area
