An Amber A in a square box

Hiya all I'm new to this and have recently brought a nissan navara, I noticed today that a Amber A in a box is on by my mileage, I'm just wondering if anyone else knows what this is for please.

Possibly 'Trip A' and there would be 'Trip B' also if selected?

Not sure but that's my first thought as you say it is in the mileage display area
