Intelligent Choice Warranty claim question

Hi,

This is potentially a very stupid question, but I took charge of my 2019 Leaf in May and received Intelligent Choice MOT and Warranty (2 years free servicing) with my PCP deal. I've never done this kind of financing before and I'm a bit confused by house it works. Nissan have been no help so far and the dealership I purchased from hasn't gotten back to me yet. I got the welcome letter confirming I was covered for the warranty and MOT but the Ts & Cs say you have to quote a policy number to claim the free service/MOT at the dealership. The only number I have related to Nissan is my Finance agreement number. Is that what they're looking for?

I'd appreciate any advice!
