wet floor passenger seat and behind front seats

It does not seem to be rainwater (also in dry conditions the floor gets wet). Any ideas where to look / how to test?

It's my son's second car and he is really happy in the Murano...

If it smells a bit chemical then it could be the heater matrix that is leaking.
Check that the engine coolant level hasn't dropped
