RADIO LOCK CODE

Hi I've had my 53reg 1.6 Auto Almera for a couple of years now and the battery went flat the other day. the radio now asks for me to input a code and i don't have this in any of my paperwork.

 

the serial number is CL052930116328

I would appreciate any assistance

Thats not the code written at the bottom of the label (4683) ?
