I don't know if this is the right place to post, so my apologies if not.

Just a quick line to say that, following seen posted On-Site suggestions regarding SatNavs, I contacted info@satnavishop.co.uk for a possible Update Card for my 2009 Note (Connect 1) System.

And what a service! Quick, informative and a Very Good Price; £40 ... Nissan wanted £130!

But it gets better from there. When the New Card arrived it updated the Map files okay, and all checked out with the list of Previous Journeys, but New Destinations did not, would not, work.

An email brought a very swift reply with suggestions to try. A second email, when these failed, brought another swift reply with a No Quibble: "Please return faulty Card for exchange."

And, even before I'd despatched the Old, it's replacement arrived; all within the space of a week!

I'm very pleased to say the New Card appears to work fine; and I'm more than pleased with the fast, efficient, 'No Quibble' Service - a rare thing in today's World.

So, many thanks to All for the Posts seen, and many, many thanks to info@satnavishop.co.uk for such excellence of Service; I can thoroughly recommend them.
